In the running to Legendary's most anticipated Godzilla vs Kong (2021), THCC decide to revisit some of the most famous cinematic portrayals of the two mega monsters, starting with Peter Jackson's highly underappreciated King Kong (2005). A remake of the ground-breaking original from 1933, Jackson pays homage to the established characters and story whilst also adding some new approaches to Skull Island and the relationship between Kong and Ann Darrow.
